1) Dr Ngawang soepa served as the Rawangla CMO is transferred to the Pharmaceutical department as one of its pharmacologists.	1) Mrs.Tsetan Palkyi served the institute as a Chief Accountant for more than 10 years. She resigned from MenTseeKhang on personal ground. 2) Mr. Tsering Choedup, Newletter & Website Editor-cum-Project Officer for more than 10 years. He resigned from MenTseeKhang on personal ground.
