MTK-Delek jointly organize workshop on life support

Friday, October 20, 2006: The Men-Tsee-Khang (MTK) and the Delek Hospital organized a two-day workshop on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on basic & advance life support at MTK on the 18th and 19th of October.

Med. Dr. Fossen Domenico, anesthesiologist and former professor of CPR at Verona University and his charming wife Dr. Rezzadora Renata, psychologist and psychotherapist at the Family Planning & Public Health from Venice were the two resource persons.

15 doctors from various departments and branch clinics of Men-Tsee-Khang in India and Nepal attended the workshop. This is the second such workshops being held at Men-Tsee-Khang. The first was held in October last year. We are fortunate to have Dr. Fossen Domenico and Dr. Rezzadora Renata here, once again accepting to come to India and teach our doctors. The administration assures that these types of workshops will become guiding principle in the future course of action – encouraging further collaboration work between modern and traditional systems.
